The YDA convention is just around the corner — less than two weeks from today — in Dallas.  If you haven't done so already, go to www.ydadallas2007.org to register for convention and find out important info about reserving hotel rooms, booking flights, and our exciting convention programs, trainings, and events!

We are still finalizing speakers and will be sending out a more detailed email soon!  We are thrilled to have a wide array of speakers — including Senator John Edwards, Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson, and more.  Check the www.ydadallas2007.org website for updates on trainings, too.

I wanted to clear up one rumor that has been circulating in the blogosphere.  Senator Obama did not confirm to speak at the YDA convention and then withdraw.  While we are very disappointed that he will not be able to attend convention and address our delegates from across the country, we are still working with the campaign to arrange a surrogate.
