Thank you for supporting our lobbying efforts to modernize the GI Bill!  Already hundreds on people have signed the petition and made calls to their reps in Washington.

As a veteran, I have seen that the GI Bill benefits are distributed in an unfair way, especially to those who were in the Reserve Components who were activated. With this in mind, the GI Bill must be modernized to fit the need of today's veterans. The current program served its purpose, but it must be updated in order to continue to ensure that it works for today's veterans.- Steve (PA)

My husband is currently serving our country in Afghanistan. We have a 6 month old son and both want to be able to provide the best life for him once my husband is out of the military, so the education of my husband once he is out of the military is very important to our family. - Lorna (FL)
