YDA’s Winter National Meeting will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana February 18-21, 2010. (Yep, that’s the week of Mardi Gras!)

While New Orleans is known for its great music, delicious food and good times, we as Young Democrats have an opportunity and an obligation to serve our fellow Americans in a city that needs us. This is why we need you to join us a day earlier than usual on Thursday, February 18 for YDA’s Day of Service.

Young Democrats from around the country will converge on New Orleans to work with local not-for-profit organizations and give back to a city that has given America so much. In addition to the Day of Service, sessions during the conference will focus on different kinds of service, from community service to military service, and how to build and strengthen your organization through service activities and actions.
