The Young Democrats of America is proud to announce Alexandra Acker as the new National Executive Director. Acker has worked for many progressive causes and Democratic candidates and her work focused on youth outreach during the 2004 presidential campaign. As you know, over these past three years I have had the honor of working for YDA. For any organization to grow it must take steps to continually renew itself and, as such, find a time to transition its leadership.
