The Young Democrats of America is holding a virtual conference on the weekend of June 5-9. YDA will facilitate virtual committees, constituency caucuses, trainings, and other programming to offer an opportunity for young democrats to connect and build while ensuring that some important organizational business is completed before the Democratic National Convention this August.

Information on Meeting Business
This section will be updated as proposals are submitted and approved by the various committees. It is the expectation that National Committee members will check and review the documents posted on this page before the beginning of any official proceeding.
Resolutions
Resolutions must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST on Sunday, May 26, to both YDA Secretary Lezlie Braxton Campbell ([email protected]) and YDA President Quentin Wathum-Ocama ([email protected]).

Charter and Standing Rules Amendments
Charter and Standing Rules must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST on Friday, May 10, to both YDA Secretary Lezlie Braxton Campbell ([email protected]) and YDA President Quentin Wathum-Ocama ([email protected]).

Per the YDA Charter, an amendment to the Charter shall contain a title, the names of all members who sponsor the amendment, a brief description of the amendment and why the amendment is being submitted, and each section of the Charter showing how it is being amended.
Proxies
Proxies are due two hours before the start of the National Committee Meeting on Sunday, June 9th. It is recommended that you submit your proxy by 12:00 PM EST on Saturday, June 8th, to ensure your proxy is received and any corrections can be made.
