Mission Statement: The purpose of the YDA Indigenous Caucus is to advocate for, empower, and amplify the voices
of Indigenous peoples within the Young Democrats of America and the broader political
landscape. The Caucus serves as a platform to organize, educate, and engage members around
issues affecting Tribal Nations and Indigenous communities. The Caucus is committed to
advancing policies, programs, and initiatives that promote equity, justice, and representation for
Indigenous peoples in all communities.
